  • Run the brand media integrations, sponsorships and partnerships across sports, entertainment and more to drive brand consideration.
  • A majority of your time will be spent running our sponsorship of the Houston Rockets.
  • Develop and execute strategic and tactical plans that ensure we are using our sports and media sponsorships in the most effective and creative ways possible to drive the business.
  • Help establish company’s approach to sponsorships and media integrations by developing processes and guidelines.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of the company brand through ongoing trackers/research, and by developing and running programs that ensure health and transformation of our brand.
  • In partnership with Market Research and Growth Marketing, help to formalize the company’s measurement and optimization approach to brand health and sponsorships
  • Partner with Brand Strategy on development of playbooks for Product and Marketing on how to bring our brand narrative to life



  • 4+ years as a Brand Manager or Brand Strategist
  • 3+ years running sponsorships and partnerships
  • 1+ years experience working in house at a company on a consumer brand
  • Proven track record of thriving in a fast paced, metrics-driven environment
  • Experience leading cross-functional teams and building strong cross-functional relationships
  • building integrated marketing plans and creative campaign strategies that deliver on business strategy and unlock growth
  • Strong understanding of quantitative and qualitative research methods, including creative testing and optimization
  • Solid background in best practices for sponsorships, media integrations and how these can work together in tandem with TV, social, radio, digital and owned channels
