• Make collection calls on an assigned portfolio 
• Interact with differnt teams to ensure accurate inventory levels when billing 
• Manage customer purchase orderes for billing and collection accuracy 
• Ensure prompt response to customer account invoices 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

• 2+ years of experience of billing experience  
• Detail-oriented, highly motivated self-starter
• Knowledge of basic Accounts Receivable functions 
• Excellent written and verbal communication 
• Microsoft Excel  experience is a required
