WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Manage investigative intake, including assessing reports from multiple platforms, analyzing the potential risk impact and creating cases for investigation in the company case management system
  • Manage employment compliance programs, including employment verification processes, accurate tracking and timely follow-through with employment-related documentation and re-verification activities
  • Engage site leadership throughout the life cycle of an investigation to ensure program compliance requirements
  • Lead complex compliance and employee relations investigations; effectively summarize findings and mitigation opportunities in written reports
  • Serve as the HR liaison to investigation stakeholders including Human Resources, Internal Audit, Safety, Security and Digital Forensics
  • Work directly with business partners and associated stakeholders to continuously enhance the investigative process
  • Deliver investigative and compliance training as needed

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related work or military experience
  • 2 years of HR experience, including employee relations investigative experience
  • Experience working in HRIS and time/attendance systems
  • Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Availability to travel up to 25% of the time
  • Bilingual English/Spanish
  • Professional HR certification
  • 5 years of employment compliance and employee relations investigative experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills; able to present clean, organized, and thorough information and data appropriate for intended audience
