WHAT YOU WILL DO:
This person is responsible for the fair and consistent administration and communication of all employee/personnel policies and procedures. Top priority functions (in typical priority order) include:

Onboarding
Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP)
Personnel File
Field/Division Office Support
I-9 / E-Verify Compliance
Scanning/Indexing/Verifying
Employment Verifications

Personnel-Related Communications
Typical Duties:
Administer the personnel practices and procedures to meet the ongoing needs of all employees. Duties will include:
Process new hires following onboarding protocol
Coordinate capture of applicant information through Arcoro.
Run E-Verify in compliance with Federal requirements.
Assign unique Employee ID’s to new hires.
Follow-up on a timely basis on any missing information.
Support the company-wide Drug Free Workplace Program (DFWP), including pre-employment, random, post accident, for cause, and job specific drug testing.
Coordinate with management on any drug test results needing follow-up action.
Manage relationships with TPA (Alere) and drug testing facilities, as needed.
Work with safety coordinators (and division management) as needed to set up new facilities based on job site needs.
Work with EAP to follow-up with active employees who failed a drug test and are required to complete the EAP program as a condition of employment.
Maintain the inventory of Employee Handbooks
Work with Employee Services Manager and VP of Employee Services on updates / revisions to current Employee Handbook.
Maintain inventory and distribution to job site / Division Offices
Manage the Personnel File for each employee (active and inactive), including:
Ensure all personnel documents are scanned and indexed into the employee file in DocuWare on a timely basis.
Verify indexed personnel-related documents in DocuWare for accuracy (only verify another coordinators documents.)
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Bachelor's degree in Business, Communication’s, Human Resources or Related Field
2+ years of progressive related experience in hiring, recruiting, HR, coordinating program and projects
Experience with SAP, SuccessFactors, SilkRoad products (Open Hire/Recruiting, Onboarding/Red Carpet), and other HR systems and sites
Human Resources experience to include hiring, recruiting, employee services, and/or onboarding
Experience working in companies active with M&A and/or going through major transformations
