WHAT YOU WILL DO:
Act as liaison between business stakeholders and the BI team or other information technology teams throughout the organization. Partners with Stakeholders to achieve project goals and add support. Collaborates with Product Owner and Development team members to ensure the requested requirements are met and work stays on track.
Identifies document business processes, user cases, frequency, priorities, and business impacts of BI solutions.Contributes to embedding data quality and master data management into business processes, BI solutions, and data sets.
Analyzes, facilitates, model/mock-up, and organize information in order to reconcile conflicts and distinguish solutions ideas from business needs. Translates requirements into user stories and/or functional/non-functional specifications for development teams, using mock-ups,process modes, diagrams, data models and other documentation where applicable.
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
Experience with Azure Data Lake, Power BI, and Tableau
Bachelor’s degree in IT or related field is required (or seven+ years of experience).
Hands-on experience with BI tools, such as report writers and cube technology (Power BI strongly preferred).
Must have healthcare or health plan industry experience.
Experience creating mid-level SQL queries
Intermediate Business Intelligence requirements identification and documentation experience (logical data models, data flow diagrams, data definition documents, etc.).
