  • Manage and coordinate various types of leaves of absence, including medical, personal, and family leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
  • Work closely with HR team members to ensure a smooth integration between benefits, leave management, and other HR functions.
  • Assist in communicating benefits offerings and leave policies to employees through written materials, presentations, and one-on-one interactions. Participate in benefits enrollment processes to ensure employees understand their options.
  • Maintain accurate records of employee leave requests, approvals, and documentation. Generate regular reports to track leave trends, ensuring data integrity and assisting in making informed HR decisions.
  • Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 1 year of related experience within benefits administration and LOA.
  • Knowledge of HCM systems for streamlined HR processes.
  • Solid communications skills and prior experience creating benefit materials.
  • Sense of urgency, strong follow-up skills required.
