Manage and coordinate various types of leaves of absence, including medical, personal, and family leaves, ensuring compliance with company policies and federal regulations.
Work closely with HR team members to ensure a smooth integration between benefits, leave management, and other HR functions.
Assist in communicating benefits offerings and leave policies to employees through written materials, presentations, and one-on-one interactions. Participate in benefits enrollment processes to ensure employees understand their options.
Maintain accurate records of employee leave requests, approvals, and documentation. Generate regular reports to track leave trends, ensuring data integrity and assisting in making informed HR decisions.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 1 year of related experience within benefits administration and LOA.
Knowledge of HCM systems for streamlined HR processes.
Solid communications skills and prior experience creating benefit materials.
Sense of urgency, strong follow-up skills required.
