WHAT YOU WILL DO
Responsible for the accuracy for all benefits enrollments
Act as the point of contact for all benefits related questions
Responsible for all plan changes and claims issues
Assist with open enrollment
Assist in 401K inquiries from employees
Prepares detailed analyses of benefit related reports; interprets data and presents accurate information in an understandable format
Assist Benefits Manager and HR Director in obtaining statistics and information in renewal process of any health, life and retirement plans that benefit the company
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Bachelors degree in related field
2-5 years of benefits administration experience
Strong oral and written communication
Attentive to detail, excellent follow-up and ability to maintain high level of confidentiality
