WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Coordinate and manage COVID-19 compliance including: reporting, administering questionnaires and test tracking as well as creating and communicating protocols to employees
  • Support the development and distribution of all benefit communications to educate associates on all benefit plans and systems
  • Manage the Annual Open Enrollment process including: planning, strategy and timeline, coordinating with vendors and ensuring prompt and accurate delivery
  • Assist in developing Wellness and Incentive Programs; support day-to-day H&W functions as well as Human Capital Systems operations
  • Create and maintain SOPs, training guides and toolkits for daily, weekly, quarterly and annual processes and procedures

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience
  • 8+ years experience in human resources specifically focused in benefits
  • Strong understanding of FMLA and appropriate legislation; and full-cycle 401k operations
  • Ability to provide prompt and accurate correspondence and bring strong proofreading and editing skills
