WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Process and review payroll for all U.S. subsidiaries in multi-states
  • Responsible for maintaining benefit records and documents for implementing coverage
  • Ensure accurate/timely payroll updates (new hires, pay rate changes, garnishments)
  • Maintain tracking all vacations, personal sick time and leave of absence in systems

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Bachelor degree or higher in a related field
  • 3-5 years of experience in administering payroll and benefit
  • Experience administering payroll in multiple locations/multiple states
  • Knowledge of FLSA, FMLA, ACA, and ERISA regulatory requirements
  • Strong organizational and interpersonal skills, with excellent attention to detail
