WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Provide Level 1 AV and IT support the organization
Support will primarily involve ensuring that the event space and conference room AV equipment is in working order daily.
Secondary duties include hardware and software support for laptops & printers.
Role will also involve thinking about the future needs of the company in the AV space and working with our vendors and partners to realize that vision.
This is an onsite job Monday to Friday at the office in uptown charlotte.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
1+ years of experience in ticket driven support environment with strong troubleshooting and break-fix experience.
High School Diploma required. Bachelors degree preferred.
Audio Visual equipment experience a must, specifically trouble shooting AV equipment issues, and escalating issues to vendors on an as-needed basis.
Experience troubleshooting Zoom, Teams and/or WebEx issues a must.
Experience supporting internal laptops, printers and associated support issues.
Strong customer service skills, including written and oral communication abilities.
Strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills.
Experience in basic networking.
Experience with Crestron, Lutron and Mersive would be a plus.
Experience with maintaining AV equipment for an event-based company a plus.
