LOCATION:
Charlotte, NC - Will sit Hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote)
WHAT YOU WILL DO
Execute audits of treasury and capital markets activities within the CFO's organization, as well as related enterprise risk management functions
Partner with our management and work cross-functionally while conducting individual audit
Develop, execute, and document audit tests in accordance with Audit Services policies and procedures.
Provide consultation to management regarding emerging control practices with the use of data literacy and analytics
Reduce frustration and mitigate customer service issues before they occur by using proactive communication skills with management and peers
Perform ad hoc projects as assigned to assist with analyzing our risk and control environment.
Serve as a coach and mentor to junior staff members
Creatively identify problems that potentially were not known to exist and provide solutions and/or recommendations
HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:
1+ years of work experience in audit or financial services; prior experience with capital planning, market risk, or liquidity risk preferred.
Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study (e.g., Finance, Economics, Accounting) preferred.
Relevant certification (CIA, CPA, CISA, etc.), is a plus.
Experience using ACL and Teammate or other Computer Assisted Audit Techniques (CAATs), again a plus.
