  • Provide leadership, partnership, and coordination to projects that span multiple teams and departments.

  • Anticipate change and own the management, tracking, and coordination of your programs. Drive toward results in the face of obstacles.
  • Demonstrate a strong combination of communication, technical and relationship skills to enable ownership of day-to-day interactions and strategic execution of deliverables.
  • Plan, schedule, and track project timelines and milestones with appropriate Project Management methodologies.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • 2+ years of program or project management experience working with product, marketing, or engineering teams in a cross-functional, collaborative capacity (preferably at a tech company).
  • Bachelor's Degree in a related field from an accredited college or university.
  • Preferred Qualifications:
  • Strong analytical, decision-making and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication, coaching and organization skills with demonstrated ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proven experience with Agile or Lean methodologies
