WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
Conduct regularly scheduled meetings with internal leadership partners and provide guidance when appropriate
Analyze business and Human Capital trends and metrics and recommend people strategies to drive business objectives
Understand business goals and objectives and align people strategy to support those goals
Oversight and support of employee relations matters across the company, including complex matters requiring swift, thorough, and robust investigations.
Assess recruiting and training needs for assigned internal customers
Perform talent planning sessions with leadership team and help build out succession plans and performance development plans for top performers
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
Bachelor’s Degree in HR or related field, or equivalent work experience in related mid-level HR fields.
5 years of Generalist experience
Must have demonstrated experience handling Employee Relations, Legal Compliance, Benefits & Comp Admin and Workers Compensation
Must have experience supporting Director and VP leadership levels within the organization
Must have experience with talent planning and succession Planning
