• Manage AR daily reports, credit memos, cash receipts, and bank statements.
• Working within multiple ERP systems and portals to balance cash entries.
• Daily collection efforts internally and externally while managing multiple portfolios.
• Recommend bad debt write-offs, process incoming payments, and other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 5+ years of experience in accounts receivable, credit, and collections
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as IFS, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong communication skills between internal and external customers
