- The ERP Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing continuous maintenance, upgrade and integration support to the ERP and POS systems.
- Learn to understand how the applications supports different business lines and interface with MaddenCo, a tire dealer system.
- Work collaboratively with the Director of IT and Infrastructure team in troubleshooting user and system errors.
- Determine how integrated applications interact with the ERP system.
- On-Site in Fort Mill, SC
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- 3+ years of experience supporting application systems, preferably MaddenCo
- Hands-on background working in the backend of a POS application, performing integrations, troubleshooting and maintenance repairs.
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office and operating software needed; experience with AS400, highly preferred.
- Experience supporting ERP systems, preferred.
