WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:
The ERP Systems Specialist will be responsible for providing continuous maintenance, upgrade and integration support to the ERP and POS systems.
Learn to understand how the applications supports different business lines and interface with MaddenCo, a tire dealer system.
Work collaboratively with the Director of IT and Infrastructure team in troubleshooting user and system errors.
Determine how integrated applications interact with the ERP system.
WHERE IS IT LOCATED:
On-Site in Fort Mill, SC
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
3+ years of experience supporting application systems, preferably MaddenCo
Hands-on background working in the backend of a POS application, performing integrations, troubleshooting and maintenance repairs.
Strong skills in Microsoft Office and operating software needed; experience with AS400, highly preferred.
