WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• Provide application development, custom report creation, as well as senior-level business and systems analysis, in support of Yardi ERP and Argus Enterprise. 
• Deliver strategic solutions to management by performing data analyses, utilizing technology tools and integrating information management principles.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to make well-informed decisions regarding business processes.
• Own the design, implementation, integration, project management, maintenance and security of all critical business systems.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor’s degree in a technology, finance, accounting, engineering or mathematics related field.
• 5+ years of experience in ERP systems (preferably Yardi) and commercial real estate applications.
• Deep technical and functional experience with Yardi ERP, strongly preferred.
• Experience writing optimized SQL queries and analyzing existing queries for performance improvements.
• Experience with Argus Enterprise, strongly preferred.
• Experience with development of best practices and methodologies to evaluate, diagnose, and develop applications for optimal systems performance.
• Strong technology, analytical, and interpersonal project management skills
