- Provide senior-level business and systems analysis, application development, and operational support across the enterprise
- deliver strategic insight to management by competently leveraging data analysis techniques, sophisticated technology tools, and information management principles to help our stakeholders make well-informed decisions.
- Ownership of the design, implementation, integration, project management, maintenance, and security of critical business systems, including: Yardi (ERP), Argus Enterprise, Data Warehouse
- 2+ years of professional techno-functional ERP/Data analyst experience
- Experience writing optimized SQL queries and analyzing existing SQL queries for performance improvements.
- Experience with data warehouses and Power BI (or similar) data visualization software.
- Experience with development of best practices and methodologies to evaluate, diagnose, and develop applications for optimal systems performance.
- Strong technology, analytical, and project management skills.
- Strong interpersonal and collaboration skills.
