WHERE THIS POSITION IS LOCATED:

  • Remote to Start
  • Charlotte, NC or Fort Worth, TX 

WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

  • Provide oversight and support to Accounts Payable team within the areas of Customer Service, Contract Compliance and Invoice Entry.
  • Resolve escalations related to vendors, customers and employees regarding status of payment, as necessary.
  • Process and monitor invoices entered to ensure payment is processed in a timely manner.
  • Work in Oracle ERP System to resolve payment issues and holds. 
  • Provide support on special projects related to Accounts Payable as needed.
  • Handle customer services for urgent invoices and inform key stakeholders when payment has been made.
  • Assist with employee time keeping and attendance

 

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

  • Minimum Required Experience: 0-3 years of Accounts Payable Experience
  • Time and Attendance experience
  • Desirable Education/Experience: Coursework in accounting or finance preferred. Will accept any suitable combination of education, experience, or training.
  • COUPA, ARIBA or Basware experience a plus
    • System knowledge should include Microsoft Excel, Word and Oracle AP or other ERP system with emphasis on Excel
    • Strong communication skills (oral and written); communicate effectively with peers, Accounts Payable employees key stakeholders and Supervisor.
    • Strong interpersonal skills; participate in a team environment and build strong working relationships.
