• Review weekly invoices and purchase orders, resolve discrepancies 
• Research issues related to sales checks, debit memos, year end filings of 1099's and other tax documents 
• Research issues and acts as contact for suppliers
• Record prepayments and credit card payments 
• Set up new vendors in the system
• Balance and close payables at month end 

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field preferred
• 2+ years of experience in accounts payable
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience with ERP systems such as IFS, JD Edwards, SAP, Oracle, etc.
• Strong communication skills between internal and external customers
