Oversees the implementation of policies and procedures in support of the business area strategy.
Conduct gap assessments and update the SDLC framework including template management and artifact collection streamlining processes.
Drives process improvements in assigned business area.
Provides coordination, communication, and support for the SDLC Operations function, ensuring stakeholders adhere to processes, procedures, and standards
Work with multiple stakeholders and gather information for initiative prioritization and help with annual budgeting exercise.
SDLC and Portfolio Governance stakeholder interviews and assessments.
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS Required Skills:
Agile methodologies such as SAFe and Scrum experience
Ability to contribute to process improvement initiatives providing To-Be target state recommendations.
Strong written and verbal communication skills communicating to all levels of stakeholders.
