- Lead estimating and prioritization activities for new data management and reporting requests
- Develop, administer, and manage Jira boards, workflows, and issues
- Conduct Kanban/Scrum ceremonies tailored to the applicable team/squad
- Ability to facilitate working sessions to capture detailed requirements and write user stories to assist business partners
- Demonstrate a passion for driving process improvements that empower teams to be more efficient
- Drive to improve process and provide excellent service to internal and external stakeholders
- 2+ years of experience with Agile/Project Management
- Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, PPT, Visio)
- Ability to support multiple projects simultaneously, manage change and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Agile, Scrum, or PMP certification preferred
- Experience in financial services preferred
