The Fellow (Lead) Agile Coach acts as a trusted advisor to teams and leadership by providing guidance and the expertise necessary to execute on the strategic direction toward agile maturity, influencing change, and achieving business outcomes. They are responsible for the development and execution of the desired outcomes aligning to the strategic goals of the organization, the implementation of pragmatic Agile systems of delivery, and building a culture of servant leadership. They should have the ability to meet the organization where they are and pivot when needed to ensure both higher value and higher chance of success.

  • Coach leaders, managers, executives, and teams to organize around value, address delays, and build organizational efficiency
  • Collaborates on the creation and evolution of the Agile Coaching Plan based on organizational needs, and owns driving activities across the organization
  • Delivers Agile Training necessary and develops workshops to encourage understanding and practical application of concepts and practices
  • Drive continuous improvement to enable higher performing program/organizations and/or teams with improved business and customer outcomes



  • 7+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach working in an Agile environment with demonstrated coaching experience at the Organizational/Portfolio level
  • 7+ years’ experience as an Agile Coach leading complex organizational agile implementations with demonstrated experience of driving Business Outcomes
  • Experience in delivering and developing Agile Training Courses/Workshops
  • Experience with Value Stream Mapping activities and outcomes
  • Experience across variety of Agile frameworks and practices (Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking, LeSS, SAFe, XP, etc)
