  • Ability to manage new and existing partner relationships across business lines to grow customer acquisition across mortgage, invest, and deposits
  • Measure campaigns based on full funnel ROI, establishing data accuracy and integrity with partners and internal teams.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to understand customer profile insights and behaviors that nurture affiliate marketing campaign strategies, leveraging insights and learnings for developing testing plans
  • Serve as a SME, establishing, analyzing, and publishing reporting that presents campaign performance in an insightful and impactful manner, delivering ad hoc presentations to leadership as needed
  • Lead the creative process with external agencies, 3rd party partners, and internal resources to deliver assets needed to implement programs, offsite and onsite



  • 5+ years’ experience in affiliate/partner and/or performance-based marketing
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Expert on conversion funnel metrics, analytics, and optimization levers
  • Ability to manage budgets, forecasts, accruals, contracts, insertion/purchase orders, etc.
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, or finance related field
  • SQL experience preferred
