WHAT YOU WILL DO:

  • Manage attendees, agenda, meeting notes, action items for internal meetings and follow up on actions items as needed.
  • Manage and coordinate complex travel arrangements and accommodations while adhering to company policies.
  • Communicate effectively with executive leadership on calendar strategy
  • Work closely with Executive Assistant to the CEO to ensure calendar accuracy and other administrative duties are taken care of 

HOW YOU ARE QUALIFIED:

  • Associates Degree; 4+ years of experience in an administrative role with some experience supporting c-level executives 
  • Experience taking meeting notes and putting together follow up memos 
  • Excellent Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook skills
  • Strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication
