THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS
Principal Expectations:

  • Handles details of items that are highly confidential and critical in nature daily
  • Gathers information independently using established and well-defined procedures
  • Takes initiative to identify and propose remedies to problems to increase efficiency of workflow
  • Event Planning: Hiring events, virtual or on-site interviews
  • Present realistic job preview to interview candidates and new employee orientation
  • Ad-Hoc HR projects as needed
  • Manage new hire process
  • Support reporting capabilities
  • May provide administrative back up support within organization
  • Utilize and manage different technologies (Microsoft Teams, Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, Webex meetings, etc.)

Mandatory Skills:

  • 1-3 years of experience in HR or Administrative Assistant roles
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both verbally and written
  • Solid organizational and administrative skills, attention to detail, focus on error-free work and follow up to ensure tasks are complete
  • Solid computer/technology skills
  • Motivated, self-starter, and detail oriented
  • Ability to work independently and seek assistance as needed
