- Review and validate deductions
- Distribute contract agreements
- Process billings for all materials
- Analyze deductions or short pays, reconciling for any errors
- Evaluate price discrepancies to ensure 100% accuracy
- Maintain customer files in MS Excel
THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:
- Bachelor's Degree in Accounting or Finance is preferred
- Large ERP experience is a plus
- 1-2 years of accounts receivable experience
- Demonstrated ability to work in a collaborative team enviornment
