• Manage the automated workflow. ensuring teh efficient handling of invoices
• Maintain relationships/communications with vendors, negotiate payment terms and inquiries 
• Prepare annual budget and monthly variances as compared to budget
• Monthly balance sheets reconciliations and adjusting entries as necessary
• Work closely with both internal and external stakeholders. 

• 5+ years of Accounts Payable 
• 2+ years of managerial experience 
• Bachelor's Degree in accounting, finance, business administration or related field
• Self-starter in a fast-paced environment
• Prior experience with outsourced automation for invoice processing
• Excellent communication skills
