• Manage all accounting activities including daily oversight of AR/AP, recording journal entries, investigating variances, preparing account reconciliations, and month-end close process
• Maintain a thorough understanding of the financial reporting and general ledger
• Assess and document internal controls, streamline our accounting procedures and make recommended changes as necessary
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable process
• Cash management, including daily cash report and account reconciliation
• Assist in the preparation of monthly financial and reporting packages
• Assist in financial analysis as needed and support efforts to improve profit and competitive position
• Assist in budgeting process
• Supervise, manage, and train staff

• Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 4+ years accounting experience
• Knowledge of large ERP systems (Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, Dynamics 365, etc.)
• Experience and understanding of inventory and/or cost accounting a plus
