WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT

  • Have the ability to troubleshoot post implementation issues from Oracle conversion.
  • Provide support needed between departments, retailers, and vendors to ensure issues are brought to the appropriate personnel and resolved.
  • Review misapplied cash reporting, researching system application exceptions and recommend systems enhancements for future automated cash applications.
  • Serve as primary point of contact for retailer on-boarding and oversight, including contract agreement execution and compliance
  • Identify and create awareness of post implementation issues related to CAR to Oracle.

THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS

  • Bachelors Degree preferred but not required 
  • Advanced Excel Skills & AR/AP Competence
  • Research Oracle system functions not enabled as of Go Live
  • Great communicator that can self motivate and self manage.
  • Team player that sees the big picture and can provide thoughtful contributions to a team.
