Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
• Increase sales revenue and meet or exceed sales targets
• Identify potential new customers and develop strategies to acquire their business
• Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to customers
• Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and product knowledge
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
• Manage the sales cycle from lead generation to post-sales follow-up
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities
• Attend trade shows and industry events as required
• At least 3 years of industrial supply sales experience
• Proven track record of success in sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with customers
• Strong problem-solving and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Ability to travel up to 25% of the time
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
• Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field preferred
