THE BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

Required Skills:

  • 1 or more years of experience in customer service facing role
  • 1 or more years of experience in an IT-Related field (training or work)
  • 1 or more years of experience working in a team-oriented and collaborative IT environment
  • Base knowledge of Active Directory

 

Preferred Skills:

  • Four year degree preferred 
  • Experience with ServiceNow
  • Experience working in and guiding a team-oriented and collaborative IT environment
  • Strong documentation and problem solving skills
  • Highly self-motivated, directed, and can work independently without supervision in a high-pressure environment
