WHY THIS ROLE IS IMPORTANT:

• You'll provide dedicated support and consulting services to clients as a detailed ESOP Plan Administrator 
• Responsible for all aspects of engagement management, including recordkeeping, compliance testing, distributions and regulatory reporting 
• Responsible for complex ESOP compliance testing

BACKGROUND THAT FITS:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting is preferred. 
• 3-4+ years of recent hands-on ESOP administration experience 
• Strong technical and analytical skills
• Experience with complex ESOP compliance testing
• Excellent Excel skills
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while effectively managing a complex caseload
• Outstanding written and oral communication skills
• QPA or QKA certification highly desirable
