The Human Resources Team at AccruePartners is having an incredible month! Several of our most progressive HR clients are expanding their teams and adding strength to their HR platforms.  What we see is a commitment to driving business operations through stronger employee programs, engagement and processes.

These roles require HR professionals with strong experience in either corporate or manufacturing settings across the US, and several require robust global experience.  Relocation is available for all roles and our clients are looking to move quickly to add these team members.


We’re seeking Plant HR managers for eight (8) different domestic locations for one of our manufacturing clients.  These roles will report directly to the Senior Vice President of Human Resources within the organization and will be responsible for putting in place strong HR platforms and driving process improvement.  Successful candidates will have experience in managing employee engagement programs, reducing turnover and implementing recruiting strategies.

This company wants to build a best-in-class Human Resources program for their manufacturing sites in the following areas:

  • Yakima, Washington
  • Dallas/Fort Worth, TX
  • Oregon
  • Northeastern Pennsylvania
  • Vermont
  • Western Iowa
  • Central Ohio

We’re also seeking two (2) Global HR Business Partners to join one of our Charlotte Based Manufacturing Clients.  These Business Partners will work with global business leaders to drive successful HR strategy within business units and across centers of excellence.  Successful candidates for these roles must have extensive global HR experience, demonstrable success with process improvement and driving change within an organization and ideally manufacturing experience.
